The membership costs $99 annually, which gives you access to all pre-release bits of Apple's software, including iOS 9, watchOS 2 and of course, OS X 10.11 El Capitan. If you're installing fresh however, then you need to grab the El Capitan developer beta directly from the Apple Developer Program website. If you have one of the previous betas installed on your Mac, then you can simply launch the Mac App Store, click on the Updates tab, and from there download the latest pre-release build. Grabbing the sixth beta of El Capitan is a very easy task, and we'll go as far as saying that it's a walk in the park.
